Pay scale: NJC Level 2b Points 3-5 £15,987 - £16,573 actual £20,812 - £21,575 FTE

Hours: 32.5 hours per week term time only + 5 training days - Monday to Friday 8:30am - 3:45pm, including lunch cover

We are looking for Learning Support Assistants to join our fantastic SEND team.  Are you looking to start a career in education? Whether you would like to be a Learning Support Assistant but haven’t got any school experience, or are you looking to get some hands on experience in a school before pursuing a career in education, we believe our fantastic school is the place to start! Our Learning Support Assistants work with our SENDCo, SEND Team and class teachers to plan and deliver support for students with SEND at Key Stages 3 and 4, that inspires them to participate and excel in the full life of the school.

The successful candidate will be supportive of our ethos and values with the ability to encourage and motivate our students to succeed. We are looking for someone who understands the importance of developing a positive culture in our organisation and has high expectations of our students.
