Extra-Curricular Activities

We believe that the children’s school life is greatly enriched by additional activities outside normal lesson time. We run a large number of lunchtime and after school clubs and organise a wide variety of educational visits to places both near at hand and farther away.

Among the many visits that have been organised are trips to various theatres and museums, and residential visits to Kingswood, Poland and France. We also offer a bi-annual ski trip. We also have lots of visitors who come in to school to speak to pupils and further their learning.

Staff run numerous activities at lunchtime and after school, which give children opportunities to follow a variety of interests, some sporting, some intellectual, some social in nature. All pupils are encouraged to take full advantage of the extensive range of extra-curricular activities.
