Travelling to Henlow Academy: School Bus Information

At Henlow Academy, we want to ensure our students have a safe, reliable, and smooth journey to and from school. For many of our pupils, the school bus is the most convenient way to travel.

Below you will find information regarding our council-run routes and our dedicated paid service.

Central Bedfordshire Council Routes

The following routes are managed and operated directly by Central Beds School Transport. These services provide vital links for students living in our wider catchment areas:

  • J76: Serving Henlow Camp & Stondon

  • J88: Serving Meppershall

  • J11: Serving Fairfield & Arlesey

Please Note: Eligibility, bus passes, and timetables for the J76, J88, and J11 are handled entirely by the local authority.

Langford School Service (Paid Route)

For families living in the Langford area, Henlow Academy offers a dedicated school run service.

  • Cost: £2.20 per day
