We are delighted to announce that Henlow Academy has implemented a biometric cashless system for all food purchased from the school kitchen. 

This will significantly enhance the dining room experience for our students, bringing them more in-line with processes and experiences of a secondary school, reducing queues and administration/payment errors.

All food and drink must be paid for through our existing ParentMail system, which will be expanded to allow daily spending limits and review purchases of your child on a daily basis. Please ensure your child's account has sufficient funds. Breaktime snacks will not be allowed if there is not sufficient money in the account.

Students in receipt of free school meals will have the free school meal value applied automatically every day.
